General interministerial instruction n° 2102/SGDSN/PSE/PSD defines the rules and requirements applicable to both physical or legal, private or public person dealing with classified information from European Union. Most of these requirements are based on the legal framework related to French classified information and defined in the general interministerial instruction n° 1300/SGDSN/PSE/PSD.
